Catch up to September 2012

 Yes, our sweet little 4 year old started preschool. WHAT?!? Where did those last 4 years go?? Awe yes, the almost first year of his little life was in our cute Las Vegas house... Griffin was 11 months when we moved to Redding, and welp, here we've been for the last 3 years. ALL. CAUGHT. UP. NOW. I don't think I had any clue at all just how different life was going to be when we had to pack up our first freshly built home and move 11 hours --each way from family-- to this city. I am definitely thankful for prayer, family and friends that we've found while we've been here. We have met some amazing people that have been substituted in for life as well, "one of the family". Thanks to some friends in our ward, we found this amazing preschool teacher who lives close by. She and her cute little class have brought Griffin out of his shell in a gazillion ways. He is talking to everyone, in sentences, learning a million things and loves every minute of his preschool adventures. It has been so exciting to pick him up from his little class 3 days a week and ask him what he's learned that day. I'm amazed at all the things he is so interested in now, like what day of the week it is and what letters words start with. He loves story time now, which was almost impossible to get him to sit still before for literally more than 2 seconds at a a time... So, HUGE shout out and thanks to Emily Werner and her cute little Adventures in Learning Preschool. We love you and are so grateful for all you've taught our sweet little boy in just 4 months.
